C-6 Report to Florida House and Senate Regarding Board Regulatory Plan Pursuant to F.S. 120.74 (3)
Issue/Rationale
Florida Statute 120.74(3) requires that the School Board submit a regulatory plan to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives, among others, outlining those policies which it expects to develop and adopt over the next twelve months. The attached report meets that requirement, setting forth those policies which are required to be developed as a result of recent legislation.
Recommended Action
Approve the report as submitted.
